Broker/Agent commission "arrangements"/negotiations are entirely independent of whether an agent chooses to join NAR or not, as well as entirely independent of whether a Broker requires agents under them to join NAR or not.

The only "growing trend" I'm seeing is for the general public to not accept NAR talking points at face value anymore.? They kind of bought themselves a bad image with their over-use and misuse, especially during the housing bubble and start of the bubble correction.
