The Manager, Supply Chain Risk Management, is a casual part-time role and is part of the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) team, which is responsible for improving the resiliency of the supply chain. This individual will be an integral part of the SCRM team, responsible for assisting the businesses in the Supply Chain Risk Assessment process. This individual will collate and compile sector information and results to provide an enterprise overview. The Manager, Supply Chain Risk Management will assist in the identification and implementation of risk mitigation activities. This individual will provide business information and analytics to enable risk-informed decisions within the business.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Manager, Supply Chain Risk Management - Casual Part-Time

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred. A focused degree in science, engineering or other technical discipline is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Operations role in a Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Diagnostics or Consumer Products Industry is required. An understanding of the value chains for pharmaceutical, consumer, and/or medical device/diagnostic products is required. A strong understanding of how product and value chain design impact or influence risk in the end-to-end supply chain is required. Proficiency with Excel and data management systems is highly preferred. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to partner and motivate effectively across functions and levels. Strong facilitation capability with cross functional groups is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong influencing and negotiating skills to enable strong team partnerships and independent leadership are required. This position will be based in Bridgewater, NJ and will require up to 10% travel.
