Chief Financial Officer - Multiple Positions

Multiple Positions (Friedens, PA). All jobs listed below req minimum of Masters Degree or foreign equiv req'd in either Business, Finance or Economics. Chief Financial Officer: Candidate will plan, direct & coordinate financial activities of organization at the highest level of management. Must have at least 1yr prior exp as Treasurer, Controller or Chief Financial Officer of multinational subsidiary. Ideal candidate will be key member of management team &?apply knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting as well as strategic & financial planning. Must be SAP certified & have strong knowledge of ERP Systems, including, Financial Consolidation Systems, Business Planning Systems. Must have exp implementing ERP Systems for management of sales, finance, fixed assets & procurement systems. Must be willing to travel internationally, as necessary to liaison w/multinational counterparts. Ref# CFO-0112-PBS. Financial Manager (International Integration): Candidate will plan, direct & coordinate the integration of financial systems for international subsidiary of multinational corporation. Must have at least 1yr prior exp w/management level financial analysis. Ideal candidate will be key member of finance team &l apply knowledge of ERP Systems& have exp implementing Financial Management, Controlling & Budgeting software modules. Prior exp w/financial reporting analysis & international financial systems integration is necessary. Must be willing to travel internationally, as necessary to liaison w/multinational counterparts.
